Thx!
Most people just see an 24 year old corvette c4, people who really know see a great car the ZR1. It does`n turn heads like for instant a Ferrari.
On the most corvette meetings here you see a vieuw Zr1`s. Althoug there are enough Z`s in this small country. Most ZR1`s are garage kept..
It`s estimate between 15-35 C4 ZR1`s. In the corvette museum over here there are 4.

Hi David,
No unfortunally it`s not it is a 1993 LT1 automatic.. don`t like automatic tranmissions in a corvette, that`s why i sold it. tommorow the buyer pics it up.
All other corvette i drove were manual transmissions.

Some info on the ZR1,
with a mileage off 88737 the engine has been rebuild, all new crankshaftbaerings, 16 new injectors, 4 new ignitioncoils, 8 new sparkplugs and all new pistonrings.
The engine didn`t start, it appears that the injectors did`t close so the engine was filled with gasoline. After the rebuild the car has ran about 150 miles and has been storaged...
It has also new brakelines

In 2010 it was new painted in pologreen.

Things to do:
MOT
New engine oil,
new filters,
new fuelpumps
new gasoline filter
new break oil,
new differential oil
New vacuum hoses.
All other fuids i forgot
Cleaning up the interior,
New floormats,
find a new powerkey that is missing the electronics of the powerkey have been connected to full power.
Change the radio for a refurbished (have one allready including speakers)

I guess it`s by then April by that time it must be a very good car :-)

Keep you posted

Welcome Jaap. You have a beautiful Z =D>

I purchased a vehicle from a smoker once and had success with both a commercial product (Meguiar's Odor Eliminator) and some home remedies (baking soda, vinegar in cups, apple slices in trays -- sounds weird but it worked for me). Once I used these over the course of a week, applying Fabreeze every so often kept the smell down.
