Wow Paul, beautiful pair of cars you and your better half have there. The "rear view of the Turq, looks amazing and both cars look like they are wearing steamrollers for shoes.
I LOVE the rims, they look PERFECT on that car. Congrats to you both. I've got a big case of "jelly" going on over here.

Re: Ami joins the ZR-1 family!
No question, Pete's cams really wakes that (or any!) LT5 up!! And, were it not for "some other distraction", the Phoenix would have had them installed last winter - or that was the plan. But! I had to get the red car back on the road. So, now those cams will have to wait till next fall/winter. In the mean time, I'll get the exhaust ready for the cam switch. ALWAYS something to do!
In the mean time, I know I can get into plenty of trouble (boy-yo-boy!) - even with 35+ hp less than the Turq has...than the 508 hp Phoenix has now! (BTW, I've got a set of the Turq's keys on my key ring too.)

No matter. Just a matter of time and the two LT5s will be near parity. But, that said, the Turq is as Brett says, a BEAST!! SEATS! I'm VERY interested in some 94/5 seats for it. PM me, please!

Re: Ami joins the ZR-1 family!
First ... a HUGE congrats !!! Beautiful car & perfect for Ami.
Paul, I noticed that you mentioned "mountain run" more than a few times as you were describing the new car & responding to other comments ... does this mean that we can plan on seeing 2 ZR-1's from the same household on the next mountain run? |
