Re: LT1-LT5 Corvette Custom air box covers
Higgy,
I can make pretty much anything you want. PM me and we'll talk some more about this. I'll be back on the puter tonight.

Re: LT1-LT5 Corvette Custom air box covers
Seems there must some flow restrictions either in the box or the filter. Our engines can suck in the accordion tube. That means a lot of vaccum, that means something is restricting.

Re: LT1-LT5 Corvette Custom air box covers
So at the very least, a can opener is in order for the lid? Or OP's lid? Or perhaps one of those 3-headed SLP set-ups???

The 3 headed SLP intake is not a good way to go. I changed mine to an open air box and it was like night and day. Sold it that week.

Re: LT1-LT5 Corvette Custom air box covers
Shrade, This cover will have no problem holding up to the Vacuum the LT5 motor will produce. I hope i am answering your question, and I understand you correctly.

YesSir - I'm considering options now (with a FULL plate of maintenance and ancillary issues at the moment)...
