I bet the aluminum in the engine is worth a good bit. Depending on what type of AL, it goes from $.53-$1.35/lb. Steel is less, but still worth something scrapped. There's machines that shred an entire car and separate all the plastic, metal, and whatever is else is in there (saw it on Modern Marvels) to be recycled.

you guys understand that this is where all salvage cars go.. the insurance companies put them up for sale.

Someone will buy it just to scrap it.
