I agree with your observation from past years in that once the secondary fan does come on the coolant temp would drop enough to notice it on the gauge. I would look to see if the core has junk stuck in it. I also would think that if there was junk stuck in the core you would see the temps climb much faster than in previous years? I also would just check to make sure the secondary fan relay and the primary fan relay are both working correctly. Just to be sure I covered all the possibilities? I hate to suggest pulling the shroud as that is a pain in the neck. Maybe you could look in thru the oil cooler side of the radiator or up thru the air intake opening at the front and get an indication if the car sucked up road junk into the core. Tom

NONONONO guys everything that you sad is ok jus termperature between engine coolant and radiator is too much different whan fans working , so I think that thermosta 180f becomes too lasy.I will change it and i will report
what hapenning . Bay the way , where is temp.sensor located ? |

I think on the driver side injector housing. Follow the wires to it.

I changed thetmostat today and coolant temp. is going down , fans go
off like before if car is not moving and temperature between radiator and engine is not so different .....SO I HAD BAD THERMOSTAT . On the left side is old one , on the right is new - got it from germanny Which one is original , or better or what ? thanks for help, regards ,Jano |
