On the small ones I used black wire ties if they looked like they might leak. The one I glued looked like it had been glued before an come loose.

Vacuum leak has been repaired. Thanks to all who wrote in to help. It was the large plastic tube. Runs ok except for a very slight hesitation if you try to accelerate quickly. I think that is caused from something else.
