Huh! So that's what snow looks like. I saw it on a Kincade calendar once but I thought it was urban legend.

Unhappy Re: But, officer! Dave (Mclellan) told me to!

Don't care for cold or snow after doing tours in Korea, Arctic circle and Alaska hence one of the reasons for settling in Dubai. Wouldn't you know it? A couple of years back in our winter we took a drive up to the mountains. See what is coming up? Yep you guessed it. It snowed. Just a light bit and didn't stay on the ground but it was snow. Turned the vette around and raced down the mountain back into warmer temperatures. Thankfully it hasn't happened again. The real benefit of living here is the Vette weather is 12 months of the year.

Bad news here? They have discovered hand held radar guns and sneaky attitudes.

Yup, it's getting chilly. Down to the low sixties here this morning, Brrrrr.
The Z loves this weather. But I think it's having some injector problems, running rough. I think there's a plenum pull in my future.

Paul, cops like it when they see you jump on the brakes after spotting them. It's a sign of acknowledgement, and respect. More than once I think I've avoided a ticket by seeming to try to slow down. But to most of the "revenuers" it's just a gotcha moment, and you're toast.

After a summer of 108 107 temp days and 32 days straight where it didn't fall below 100 degrees its hard to believe that todays high here in Houston was 38 degrees and tomorrows low will be 29. One extreme to another here. The only part of winter I don't like here is when the sleet hits and there's a 1" thick layer of ice all over the car and the doors are frozen shut. Your screwed then. But when it gets that bad businesses and schools shut down anyway cuz its to dangerous to attempt to drive on ice. When your at a light waiting on what seems to be fairly level street and your car starts sliding where gravity pulls it then you should have just stayed home instead of trying to get a medal for being the only idiot that showed up to work. Lol!
