It was stuck. Knew it had to be something simple. Bottom of frame was hung up on motor assembly. Once I pried it down and out of the way it pulled apart. Thanks for your patience. Nothing seems to come easily

Have you got any idea if the guy in canada still sells the parts?
I need to repair both my gearboxes!!!! I have opened them up and yes the big plastic part is broken and the gear for backwards and forward is stripped.
