To remove it just bend it open with a hammer and long handled punch or chisel (or your least favorite long screwdriver).
If your right header came with a EGR connection tube you can connect the EGR flex line back up to it. If you need it clamps, high-temp silicon hose and other stuff can be found here http://www.pciinc.com/

I just went with the one from Jerry...i hope to squeeze it on one side, spin it and then squeeze it again. That way I won't be paying for shipping from him for my gaskets and ecklers for a part I'm not sure will fit and is twice as much anyway.
