Congrats to Douglas Brooks from NY - he just won himself a 1991 Corvette ZR-1 from Corvettes at Carlisle and AllVette.net! Life certainly is good for Douglas!!!

Thanks, David, for the fantastic job you did to make this event a memorable one.
The hospitality and camaraderie shown by you and all the other ZR1 Net Registry members toward two
"newbies" to the group--Matt LoTruglio and myself--was overwhelming, to say the least.
We both felt instantly accepted and part of the club. So thanks again for everything.
Matt and I will look forward to seeing you at Carlisle next year.

Just wanted to say Thanks to the new kid Matt.1st for being a young gun and selecting a C4 ZR-1 for his ride of choice (we are getting old & need some new blood) & 2nd for cooking up some mean burgers.
Can't thank David J. enough for his efforts, he is always balls to the walls in trying to put things together for our club. I know 1st hand he always puts the club 1st & him & his blue turtle 2nd. We are very fortunate to have such tremendous boad members (ALL of THEM!)
I only made it for Sat. but it nice to see my Z brothers from all over.
Darrin did a killin in selling the raffle tickets, he is a man of many talents.

I finally got a few pictures to post. These were from Friday. Here is a view of ZR-1 row with the Registry tent and the ZR-1/ZR1 Walk through the Years Display tent behind it. The Registry had one of the largest club display areas in the Fun Field:

The other side of ZR-1 Row:

Here is Mim, the Registry Secretary welcoming some new members who just joined the Registry:

Brian from Reflected Images Detailing gets a ZR-1 ready for the day. Reflected Images was one of the sponsors of the Registry Raffle that raised $1215. Thanks Brian:

Here is David J. talking to some folks in the Registry tent:

And here's me with my QuasarZ next to the Registry tent:
