That looks pretty good for under carpet insulation, but I think Yun is looking for exterior to block the heat and sound from the outside as well. I wish I knew about this one as I used a different product on the inside that was not as much material and custom cut as well. Thanks for sharing this.

I found an alternate product and will give it a try. Exterior install is what makes it tricky since header heat could negate the adhesive. I will keep an eye on it.
Eitherway, deletion of cats and jet coating, I believe, actually will reduce the amount of heat in the hump area. If I see these pads losing adhesion I will just yank the off.
