plenum is easy, it's the housings and injectors that are a little more difficult

none of it is impossible, it's not even that hard just time consuming and intricate. the plenum is easy, the IH's are just a little harder

The last time I saw a thread on injectors it seems to me the RC design won out based on them being less prone to fouling (rotory design not pental) and that they were stainless steal (corrosion resistant).
I converted to RCs back in the 90s. (I think).
No problems since.
Things to note. The early Zs had a different diameter injector for primary and secondary.
Secondary injectors tend to leave the O-ring behind when you pull them out. The primaries don't. Be careful to note where the orange rubber seal goes when you pull the injector electrical connector off. It's tinny and rectangular.
They can dangle and fall off.
Good luck

I'm a newbie myself. I just ordered 16 rebuilt FIC injectors for a customers 1990 zr1. They said nothing about the primary or secondaries being different, and now I'm hoping they're sending me the right ones! I've heard nothing but good things about their customer service and honoring warranties etc etc... fuelinjectorconnection.com

I've seen others have good experience with them, anyone know if this is something to worry about?

Thanks

These are the ones I would use if I were going to buy FIC injectors for my 90. I perhaps would give thought to the rebuilt FIC's if I wanted to save 1/2 the cash.
