I don't mean any offense by this, just wondering. Why wouldn't you have put in a bid sometime before then? You can bid at any point during the auction. If you end up getting sniped at the last minute, it's no worse than not bidding in the first place. But at least it would have sold for a price you wouldn't have wanted to pay.

No worries Bob. Normally, the less hype there is around any particular item the more chances the bidder will not go all out on there max bid. It usually works out better for me this way.

Jim Van Dorn was nice enough to sell me one from his collection. With the owners kit I purhcased from Bob that's arriving today, I will have a complete kit

The brasso works great

My wife bought me the keychain before they got rare and expensive. It was years before I could afford the ZR-1, so I kept it unused in the hope that I'd someday have the car to go with it. Now I do
