It is a lot of work but with LT5's cheap and easy mods just dont exist. The results of porting are quite gratifying, as you can see by the dyno graph there is a solid increase in power across the entire useable rpm range when running the car hard.

Didn't kurt dyno his 415 with a stock and 63mm TB and find like 3 hp with the bigger one?
