Actually, i beg to differ, none of the caps you guys listed are GM Original and 1991 caps, this is 100% genuine 1991 MY.

1991 Caps are painted silver, with a black circle.

Another mystery solved by the power of the brotherhood! Thanks everyone. As Kurt pointed out the real ones are in fact painted and not shiny

If anyone needs 3 shiny center caps with a crossed-flag emblem, they're welcome to them
