Hmmm??? The Service Manual Supplement suggests Loctite 262 Red on almost everything that you do not remove from time to time. Most of that stuff is Aluminum. For those items that you might remove from time to time (water pump, plenum for example) use Loctite 242 Blue

There are some stainless steel bolt kits and apparently stainless steel bolts in aluminum is subjected to galling. Some use anti-sieze on those fasteners.

I also see in this manual (I assume this applies for the flywheel bolts regardless if the flywheel is aluminum or steel) that the torque for Flywheel Bolts (7/16-20 x 1 1/4 inch Grade 8 bolts Aluminum flywheel to crank shaft) is 66 ft-lbs

I didn't see in the manual where it said anything about aluminum flywheels. I didn't look in the LT5 manual though, just the standard one. There was a recommendation for red loctite on the flywheel bolts and nothing for any of the other bolts. I wouldn't put anything on the clutch to flywheel bolts and there didn't appear to be any on the bolts when I took them out.
