3.75x4.00 = 377ci

Go with Ron Woods HD liners punch it .060 over = 388ci.

I would suggest getting a complete short block done.

With AES you use stock head gasket.
EES O-rings heads/block and use cooper gaskets more $$$$

Something to think about.

I hate Copper head gasket's & 'O'-rings. Pain in the butt, worked O.K. for sealing combustion pressure but have to silicone all the water holes in deck...even then wasn't uncommon for them to leak/seap. Used to have to deal with those in the past. I've switched everything I do over to M.L.S. (Multi-Layer-Steel), work awesome & can re-use them many time's. Some guys would tell me 'Ya, but you can re-use Copper too', I'd tell them I didn't want to use copper the first time! LOL. 99% sure nobody makes M.L.S. for LT-5's...yet.

Get ahold of nelsonracingengines.com

He is doign his own block/crank and soon heads so you can build a 500ci LT5.
Wont be cheap. Also can CNC his own intake to put twin screw blowers on also.
