Default Re: Lift Recommendations

Don’t recall if anyone mentioned this and I realize its not a luft but I did buy one a year ago, and for many jobs, it works very nicely. $60 IIRC.

Its the Jack Adapter.

How about Greg Smith for under 3 grand? I bought a used Eagle for $1,400. Perfectly happy with it.

His prices for lifts and accessories look pretty good. Wish he was closer to me so I could see them. I'd still have the residential truck unloading problem to solve which is what got me looking at BYB and the local guy with delivery and install.

If I remember correctly, my lift was in a 1600 pound package. The driver had a pallet jack and a lift ramp. He was able to quickly get the package on my driveway. I broke it apart and moved the pieces into the garage. The toughest pieces were the ramps. Not a big deal with a couple moving dollies (harbor freight, approx $20 each). It was pretty easy but perhaps time consuming, to assemble all the parts into a completed lift by myself.
