In 2007 I replaced the water pump on mine and had this chart without the bolt counts and lengths. All of the bolts were there but it had obviously been done at some time before, (by a no doubt brilliant mechanic), as two of the longer bolts were in the shorter holes with washers for spacers. It was a little confusing until I realized that the drawings of the bolts C & D are reversed.

Never seen that chart before. That is the kind of chart that should have been included in the service manual. Or is it in there an I just didn't see it?

Should be no problem getting those bolts sorted now!

Yep! The drawing of the little bolts are reversed for C&D. There are quite a few of those little tidbits in the manuals & parts books. It makes it pretty confusing. If I hadn't had several engines to take apart & make notes to make a complete bolt list from, it would have been a nightmare. Ironically, even original engines have some bolt inconsistencies. I've been working on that list for 3 or 4 years now and still making revisions, but it is getting better.

I'll Photoshop the drawing to switch the C&D bolt around like they should be.
