I haven?t had the chance to use it on the DIS module.

Erik,

I ended up using the standard white heat sink compound when I restored the top end on my car. I tried some of the higher end more expensive heat sink compounds available on sites like new egg, thinking they may be better based on their thermal conductivity specs.

It ended up being too viscous and did not spread/stick well to the bottom surface of the plenum. The white material was like antiseeze...EVERYWHERE! and was well with in spec for underhood temps.
