Default Re: PIREP on Nu Wheel in Tuscon, AZ

The wheel I returned to Nu Wheel in Tucson, was scheduled to arrive last Monday. I received an email that informed me the wheel had been sent to the wrong address and was currently in Massachusetts. They went on to tell me the delivery to Tuscon would be delayed by a week.
Oh well, as long as it gets there and makes it back to me damage free...this too shall pass😁

Left rear restored wheel mated with 1,500 original mile Garorback. LTPWS installed and one of Joel's reproduction decals in place. Original Piedmont valve stem cap. Correct wheel weights will be added, later.
Of course, due to the age of the tire(s), this will be for static display only...

Wow. Those look amazing. My 4800 miles wheels look good but they don?t have that pop. I haven?t really done anything to them because of the clear coat. How can I get mine to look like that.

Send them to Nu Wheel or a similar restorer. If yours have 4,800 original miles, it would (most likely) be best to leave them alone.

Wheels look great! Sorry about the damage. I wonder if they would strip my chrome sawblades? No one locally (Baltimore) would do it.
