I am getting pretty fast at switching engines and may just switch engines from time to time to see what they will do
Especially now that I figured out how to remove and install the LT5 with Headers attached.

Like Plenum removal....got that down to 10 minutes which is also a lot of fun because now messing with the starter, coils, vacuum system is an hour job from start to finish and that is why I use NO Loctite on those Plenum Bolts and nothing on the Plenum Gasket (have TB coolant blocked at Injector Housing on ALL LT5s)

I do not even torque the Plenum Bolts more than hand tight. I just check them once in a while to make sure they are not getting too loose (they stay tight using Stat-O-Seal washers with the rubber gasket). I check them when I am filling up with gas

But then again.....after I mess with the starter, injectors, secondaries, and vacuum system the first time I am finding they function for ever perfectly.

The LT5 is the most fun of any engine I have ever worked on for sure
