I asked him what diesel dually can't!!

That's easy... with that snow plow hanging off the front the back wheels barely touch the ground!

Does the '38 do burn outs?

I don't know...yeah the ACR is great and it holds the new Nurburgring record of 7:12, but I still think I'm more impressed that a stock ZR1 or Z06 with all the creature comforts runs the ring in 7:19 and 7:22 respectively.

In my opinion, if you have to put out a race version that's stripped down to the bare bones to beat "everyday" drivers, it's kind of lame....maybe there will be a production version of the C7R ?
