You should have no problems sourcing the "banjo bolts" there local. Many Europeans use M10X1.0 spec banjo bolts and length is your only issue. I asked previously the "thickness" of your fitting on the new hose. You haven't mentioned that.

It looks like the screws (bolts) and banjos are a set. ie: old banjo works
with old screw, new banjo works with new screw. Can you use the screws
that came with the banjos (post #9 pic in this thread) in the set?
See the (4) of them in the center-right in picture #9?

Which Russel Brake Lines did you get from Summit?
Did you use your original Bango Bolts?

I assume the year of your ZR-1 is 94'?

OP - this M10X1.0 banjo bolt seems to be dimensioned for 8mm thick fitting similar to what you've measured. You could take these dimensions to a local and see how difficult to buy locally. Don't forget the new washers! Take a hose with you.

Good luck. I don't see you having issues.

There are of course other sources but I was just using what you measured for quick research. An auto parts store in France if you offered up dimensions I'd think could help you.

2. Bracket Bolt Kits.
#14121 (Caliper Guide Pin) and Brake Hardware Kit (Spacers and Seals) #H5634Q at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

3. Adapters.
(Corvette C4 to C5-Z06 conversion brackets, late spindle) C4 to C5-Z06 Conversion Adapters (Ebay)
(Note the countersunk surface for Bracket Boss)

4. SS Brake Lines.
Russel SS Brake Lines for 95'
I used two aluminum washers under the Banjo Bolt Head and one aluminum washer between the brake line adapter and Banjo Bolt Port on the Calipers. The two washers keep the brake fluid port in the Banjo bolt centered on the brake line adapter. NO LEAKS

I do like the looks of these, but are they really any better than J55 brakes? They are both 13" rotors and 2 piston calipers.

Default Stainless brake hose for ZR-1

I am not familiar with J55 but your assessment is prolly correct If the pistons are of same size and hats are separate from rotors in terms of heat transfer to wheel hub.

I like the separate Hats.

The J55 brakes are the one the stock ZR1 comes with.
