Re: Paint; color, AND schema...
If you do it, the Le Mans style not the full bumper style. You could also buy vinyl accent stripes of varying width to do the same thing in contrasting color.
The one thing regardless of C4, C 5 or C6 that I would not do (though I'd be inclined not to stripe it either) is to put the two horizontal shoulder stripes over the front fenders each side. Just looks weird to me like tattooing your first born so you'd recognize them.

Re: Paint; color, AND schema...
That one is RIGHT.
I must ask here tho'; did you consider running the striping over the front? And I'm working with Red, which is just TOO much - to loud, for me here...

Re: Paint; color, AND schema...
G8, I may be wrong about your car, but one just like it. I am going through my old Corvette Fever mags and organizing them (I know old and bored), but I believe I found your car with paint scheme in the September 1997 issue pgs. 38-40 "Stomping the Snake". JVD wrote it the car was owned by Tom Sullivan of Burlinghame, Ca.. It ran 12.20@116.32mph and beat the Viper which is what they were trying to do. You might have a small slice of history with that paint job, I would contact JVD for more info on that car and engine.

Re: Paint; color, AND schema...
I have to ask this which Lotus do you like the best, the ZR-1 or the Esprit?

I am not big on any of the Lotus Products, Elise, Exige, Espirit, Evora. But, that is what makes America so great. You do get the opportunity to VOICE your opinion.

Re: Paint; color, AND schema...
Seems to me the current Lotus cars are optimized for some of the shorter Euro road tracks and for that they work well. I have one in a racing game that is pretty realistic and they have so many limits you can't take them very far in the game. However, on a short British track with lots of turns their light weight makes them fun in class. I'm 6'4" so me and Lotus built cars don't work at all anyway.
