88 vins 34-56 were prototypes EX5002-EX5026 The P numbers were P8Y075-99
Geoffs was P8Y094
vin 50 EX5025 was a convertible, I would not be suprised if that car was not out there somewhere.

Tyler, Would your 1988 have had a VIN installed at BG or a EX installed with Rosette Rivets?

Here is the white Phase III Pilot from Corvette Quarterly Fall 1988. Looks like it has a black interior. Not sure if this was 14 or not.

there were two white/ red interior ones. I've got the docs in my files at home in a box somewhere. There was a Dark Blue Met. one also. I'm only talking about cars that I've had in my hands at one time. I want to say the dark blue one was #47, but I'm probably wrong. The other white '89 might have been #18.

The EX plate with the roseta rivets was done at the factory as that was where the rivets were kept. They were pretty well controlled. Mine has the EX vin in the windshield but like every car that came down the production line there is/was a standard production vin stamped in the frame.

In the Spring 1989 Corvette Quarterly they list this white pilot as P9Y034
