Look at the door, you can actually see the arch halfway through the door on a Z and that car doesn't have it.

Nice catch if so Jeff. I’ll have to check my car next time. I did not know there is an arch difference.

You are correct. I just visited their facebook page. Not a ZR-1. Odd to see the 3rd brake light up high vs the bumper.

What's up Craig? Yea,it's a little odd to look down the side of the car and see the door bow out.

Hey Jeff! All is well here. I hope same with you and the Z/Nova. I hope to have a standard C4 next to my car one day to check this out in detail. I knew there was a difference with the door and body near the rear, but never actually looked at it. Thanks.

Karl,

Thanks for sharing anyway. I missed hearing those cammed motors and that one sounded BADASS!

This car has the spacers at the plate, so the rear must be wider than stock, hence born as a ZR-1?

Not a wide body. Rear taillights are skinny, that is why the room is there for the 3" filler plate for the licenese.

But, I agree with the owner. first project after the current 2 are complete is a "572/800" big block. Can you say ZR-2.
I already have the ZR-1 donner car.

It’s not a ZR-1. The rear wheel flares are from 1996 Grand Sport, the rear facia is a replacement (you will notice the area for 3rd brake light has been filled in and the Corvette logo is recessed, while ZR-1’s have raised Corvette logos), the 3rd brake light on the roof is consistent with all 1988-90 coupes, and the license place spacers are too narrow and so are the backup lights. It is not one of ours... [emoji17]
