Re: Stainless Works Group Buy
Youre right !! I was wrong.. I wasnt looking at it that way ... I was looking at it kind of like We talked about different brand names OF ( whatever ) in fact my thoughts were ( as mentioned in another thread ) to make the x pipe into an H pipe . Not meaning to slap someones face..As the new generation says " my bad" ..
PS too I also did not know they were a ZR1 supporter . Summit makes an x pipe too ( not as good as SW) but their not a supporter.. Didnt mean any offense .. |

Re: Stainless Works Group Buy
And thank you for putting this group buy together. I wish i waited as I already purchased the x pipe about 4 months ago. I am putting together the first copy of the FBI dynomax exhaust system in Colorado sans the Z06 flappers. I wish we had a good tuner in Colorado

Also, I may have found an alternative - also a vacuum actuated exhaust flow valve - for very reasonable cost from Summit Racing; have one on order for inspection, as a matter of fact. I will post up results when I get it in hand and can evaluate it a bit. Stay tuned. The Registry is the place for all things ZR-1!!

Re: Stainless Works Group Buy
Thats great news on the exhaust valve alternative. Interesting to see how they work out. I will be clamping my tips so I can modify in the future as needed just in case its to loud.

Re: Stainless Works Group Buy
Robert,
Is there one final check-off after this on order details? I ask because if it is an option to install the air pipes on my headers, I would like that and when it comes down to details of a final order I don't want that missed. I didn't see it in the pics of the ZR1FACTCAT sheet. Thanks. Jeff |

Can everyone please send me what Stainless Works equipment they are interested in and their shipping address. I am going to get in touch with Paul from Stainless works and get final pricing for everyone.
