Re: Chicagoland 20th BG Caravan
It would be nice if any of the FBI could stop in and see the western caravan at my place before the gathering?? nice 4 hour drive, with only one run over 55 mph...

Re: Chicagoland 20th BG Caravan
I'm still on the fence about the event. If I do end up going, I'll be heading down Thursday morning from central IL.

Re: Chicagoland 20th BG Caravan
Looks like the Caravan will be getting to my place on Monday, with some leaving Tuesday, I will not be able to get out of there until wed. sometime perhaps even thursday 4 me.
So, now that i've confused the hell out of you, here it is in a nutshell. Caravan arrives, Lake St Louis, Monday, stay the night, some with me, some in nearby hotel. Some of the group will hang out on Tuesday, some will leave with the western group for Bowling Green. I will have to determine whether i can go with the group, or hang out and leave for BG either wed or thurs. Last edited by GrayZ; 02-06-2010 at 12:41 PM. |

Re: Chicagoland 20th BG Caravan
Hey, hey, HEY! She might not be runnin' just yet, but we have high hopes. So, don't count me out yet, ol buddy!!
Haven't see the agenda yet, but I'm thinking Thursday AM departure. P. PS. Dom, thanks for the leads on the FW bolts and the clutch disc. Got 'em both on order. Just about ready to turn the corner and start putting 'er back together. I wuz hoping to get my 4.10s in before the BG GTG...Have to wait and see what happens $$$ wise. Getting her runnin' and tuned comes first, I recon. P.

Re: Chicagoland 20th BG Caravan
There is a group of Z brothers in SE MN planning on making the BG trip, and one expressed an interest to me about possibly joining up w/ those of us making the trip and caravan down together.
An open question to the FBI gang: Is there anything like a consensus yet on when most of us are planning on driving down? Anything yet like a rallying point? Sounds like maybe Thursday morning might be when most intend to head south, no? P.
