Ha.....this happened to me before when I got creative but not up to snuff and Carter came up with something much better looking.....so I just create and fool around and wait for carter to make it right

Here is a REAL Example of KLUDGE if our friend is listening

Carter.....Dude.... As you can see I did not leave much rubber hose to work with but enough for some kind of plug.

I just finished the Bypass Plug for efnfast. In the mail to him tomorrow and hopefully he'll post up a pic before and after. Working on front sway bar relocation brackets, LT5 rear plate, billet throttle line brackets then a project for GC.

I would think something similar to this one. Anything short of "barbed" similar to this I think might fall short. This is maybe an "incorrect" dimension but a correct ID I never did see mentioned. This one is 3/8".

The Hose ID is 3/8 inch fitting on a 3/8 inch OD pipe nipple.
You will find the 3/8 inch Aluminum Barbed Hose Plug here....... 3/8 inch Barbed Hose Plug

Carter stuff just arrived. My plug, oil filter cover, oil filler cover, power steering and brake fluid. Gimme a minute, I'll get it installed.

I used a Gates heat shrink for the plug. Looks the nuts. This is a must if you've eliminated the tb coolant.
