Aaron prefers paint for his engine refinishes I believe.
Base coat, wetsand, clear, wetsand, polish. This painted engine refinish is almost 10 years old...looks brand new. I clean it with a vented compressed air nozzle. I don't physically touch or wipe it at all.

No all the parts are polished, copperplated and clear coated. The galvanizer did a perfect and lasting job 3 years ago. Every single item looks still as new.
