Got a B&B catback with X-Pipe on the way...soon I think. Wish they would e-mail me and let me know if they built it and sent it yet.

Re: Best Sounding Exhaust for the ZR-1
Last year watching TV one Saturday AM I remember a local TV interview, in Los Angeles, on KCAL .... The Tonight Show Host-his names escapes me. Anyway, he's a huge Gearhead with a Hanger in Burbank loaded with stuff. He was asked what's your favorite sound and he said ' ZR1, B & B, X-pipe and Headers '. His 2nd favorite was a P51 ( Freestyle Prop Fixed Wing ).
The guy has every imaginable mode of transportation and he said the ZR1 was his favorite sound. |

Now I remember his name, Leno. Jay Leno. He referred to the C4 ZR1 specifically.

Re: Best Sounding Exhaust for the ZR-1
I have a Corsa but started with a B&B. One day I would like to go back to the B&B no cats & X-pipe. I like loud, really don't listen to the radio and if I do I like that loud also. I am happy with the Corsa that's why I'm in no rush to make the switch

Re: Best Sounding Exhaust for the ZR-1
Watson headers, no cats, 3"B&B's (old style), Xpipe.
The most wicked sound is this system with mufflers off. I tried this after watching Mark Haibeck do it on his stock system at the drag strip. With 3" dumps it sounds like an insane shriek at 7K. It actually drew a crowd after a run at the local strip,...WTF!!... Scared all the little ricers.
