Headers and exhaust arrived today. Yay. The drivers side (I think) has an O2 bung and the passengers side (I think, they're at work and I only had a second to look at them) has a short pipe for the air pump? Is there only one hookup for the air pump?
Do I reuse the old exhaust bolts? they have some kind of spacer, or crush sleeve on them.
Put a grin on my chin.

There are O2 bungs on both the driver side and the passenger side.
Short pipe facing forward on the passenger side is a hook up for the EGR (exhaust gas recirc.). I believe early cars did not have EGR. Mine is a 94 for I had Marc disble EGR when he burnt a chip for me and plugged the hole.
think you can reuse 3 bolts/nuts but just in case I suggest you get 3 sets of bolts and nuts.

So, here's the latest. OBX headers and exhaust arrived.

Welded up the EGR port on the header. MY 1990.

Headers left for Swaintech today to get coated.

Dipstick relocation bracket in hand. Thanks Paul

Jerry's header gaskets in hand. Thanks Jerry

Stage 8 header bolts on the way. Thanks in part to Dynomite.

Hopfully I can dyno test it before and after exhaust install.

Did I forget anything? Thanks to the brotherhood for filling in the gaps for me.

Will keep you posted.

EFN have you ordered different clamps or are you going to try the OBX clamps?

OBX prices jumped to $459.

I bet they will settle @ $500 like the headers.

The price is up due to inflation in China.

I'm going to use the supplied clamps, they look so much like accuseal's, I can't see spending $10 apiece to buy clamps I already have. The only differance I see (looking at an online picture) is the bolt.
I think, but am not 100% sure yet, that I will weld some of the parts together. I'll leave joints in key locations for disasembly.
Everything is going up. Priced some PS2's in December from Tire Rack. $226 each. Just went to buy them.......$379.
