Default Re: Twin turbo LT5 engine for my Camaro

I blasted the covers then used Aluminum bondo "plastic body filler" . When I use to own a powder coating company we used it to fill small inperfections for people. It seems to be able to take 350 degrees but we used it very light small coats. Using it to fill the emblem area was a lot of filler and it shrunk during powder coating. I had to do several layers and heat the cover between layers. Then I stuck it in the cnc and engraved it. Not as perfect as I would like but showing it to other people they said it looks good in real life. Still I wish it was better. On tha balancer That is what I was going to do on mine. I plan on using the new FAST system crank trigger it uses OEM style inductive pick up they say its better than the flying magnet type. Do you have a old AC line from the compressor? Don't care about hose as much as the prebent lines.
