Any Canadian sellers this spring?
Looking for a ZR-1 this spring/summer if the price is right. I would pick up from BC to Ontario if I found the perfect car. Just wanted to test the waters for any possibilities...1991 would be ideal!
Thanks, Cam |

I know two 94's that could be available in the Toronto area.

Thanks for letting me know.
I know asking for a 91 is pretty specific given how few ZR-1's seem available up here, but I'm looking at the 20k range for price. I'm sure those would be much much more! |

Don't really know any 91's around my area..., let alone any for sale but I'll keep my eye's open for you

Still have to sell my current ride before I can afford a Z, my greatest fear is I'll miss out on a great car cause I haven't sold mine yet. |

You are close in price for one of them. I'll get you some details in the next couple of days. |

Mine's a '91 by the way and I'll sell it to you for $2 million (Canadian!) - not going with my previous statement, just a sign that I'd never sell it. Good look on your search! Dave

Re: Any Canadian sellers this spring?
I'd consider going south of the border, but until recently our dollar didn't permit that. Plus, you pay 2 taxes, and god knows whatever else they add on.
I would have to agree on inflated prices up here, and not just on Vettes. I definitely overpaid on my 91 Firebird, simply because I was younger and REALLY wanted it. Still, it got me into cars and has been fun. Now I want to upgrade. Usually cars are way cheaper in Ontario than here, I found a nice ZR-1 on the trader last fall right in my range, but had yet to sell my car. Not sure if it will still be for sale this spring. Anyone with experiance bringing a car across the border? Thanks for any details JeffVette. |
