WAZOO (and Rick from NJ),

It was unbelieveable to meet all of you and I had no ideal that over a dozen Z (was it 14?.....I lost count) owners would be there. If any of members are from out of the area passing through, make sure to connect with these guys from the greater Wash, D.C. area.

What a great bunch of guys and a once in a lifetime (I hope not) chance for me to meet like this for pizza and beer. All very personable and special thanks to David for putting this together and to Glenn for sharing his beautiful home and hosting the event. Can't forget Yun and Rich for giving me a ride to and from the event. Sorry I was not able to hang in there for longer, but the lack of sleep from traveling was creeping up on me and gotta get some rest for my busy day tomorrow at the Pentagon. Please let me know if you come to Hawaii so I can extend the same courtesy and hospitality as well as other members too. I won't be able to remember all the names and faces and tried my best even with my lack of sleep from flying. I am hoping that I can make it to BG in May to see all of you again.

It was nice having a chance to meet you as well. I can imagine how beat you must be feeling about now. It's a heck of a long trip. Sorry the weather didn't cooperate, otherwise you would have had a 14 to 15 ZR-1 salute to honor your visit. Have a great visit to our nations capital and best of luck getting your beast back on the rode.

Great time and such a pleasure meeting you!!! Also saw Mark H after sooo many years!!!! Special thanks to Glen for hosting in his incredible home on the water.

I think the count was 15 Z brothers and 1 C5 (Mike) friend of the group....

Jim is a class act.

I think all ZR-1 owners should move to Hawaii we can drive our Z's year round.
We can vote Craig Governer he can make a new Highway ZR-1 that will connect to Interstate LT5

I echo your compliments to the DC Gang. David organized a dinner get together for all of us (me, Karen, my sister & brother-in-law) one evening during July 09. What a great group of guys I'm proud to call friends. A fine of an example of Southern style hospitality as one will ever find anywhere.

Later in the afternoon, I happened to notice Glenn's kitchen counter. There were pizza boxes, beer and soda cans and a 1990 ZR-1 Field Service Manual open the the Rear Suspension page. I wish I had my camera.
