Default Passenger side seat front up/down motor

Yesterday, before it got cold, I pulled both seats to vacuum under the seat real good.
During this I noticed passenger side seat track motor (up and down) seems to be laboring - running but real weak.
I did not have enough sun so I just buttoned up. Any similar experience? Does this mean the motor needs replacement? Just need to lubricate mechanism? Any thoughts?

New seat tracks probably. Phrogs has some used ones I believe. Rebuilt ones are available from all the major suppliers.

Someone will pipe up if I'm wrong.

Ah... So you are saying the whole thing is factory assembled and non-serviceable?

As far as I know, they are serviceable, but there doesn't appear to be any parts available anywhere.

Then, I will disassemble best I can, clean and lubricate. See if that will get it to run right.

Thanks.

Afterward I will post the result.
