ECM Bandit photo: Athorities need your help!
Local Authorities have photos of the notorious ECM bandit. The bandit is often found roaming car shows or local dragstrips looking for Proms to pirate....this photo was taken by one of his victims....
If seen authorities state do not.......I repeat....do not try to apprehend him, as physical contact with him may result in the release of static electricity rendering your chip useless.........
