Default car is running now. but have an oil problem

I got my car back together and running but I am having an issue with Oil coming out the Dipstick tube at WOT. I am hoping anyone could give me some suggestions on where to look. Here is some things I have done and noticed.

When I put the car back together I replaced the Dipstick Tube seal at the Oil pan, the other one was loose on the block side and snug to the dipstick tube. I also replaced the breather hoses under the plenum, they were leaking and were hard as rocks. The new pieces seal much better but I think the leak moved to this new spot (dipstick). I also had to recreate the dipstick tube out of a piece of 3/8 brake line as might was fairly chewed up on the end, not sure the dipstick tube is an issue, but it is changed.

I add headers, again, just a change. I also added an oil catch can off the top of the PCVs to the front of the plenum in place of the hard line that runs down the DS of plenum. I did remove the catch can and went back to the hard line yesterday to see if the catch can was an issue. The amount of oil out of the dipstick, seemed to be lees now, but there still is some.

I am wondering if there is a seal at the top of the dipstick itself, I have heard both yes and no (no in the thread I made, yes form someone else that checked one), mine does not have one. with exception of this oil issue, the car runs pretty good..

Lastly, I have not changed the PCV valves yet, but they both rattle freely, is it possible they are bad? any other areas I need to look at?

stumped on this.. but would really like to drive the car, the oil comes out at any point with WOT. not as much with normal driving but I do know at WOT there is a good amount. it works out the tube and sprays on the headers and makes it look Like I drive a fog machine from the back.. it is definitely oil. and for sure from the Dipstick, cam cover seal is dry

PCVs are $3 per from NAPA, worth changing for piece of mind. They have both PCVs. I thought my 90s IHs were leaking and it turned out it was the PCV grommets due to not blocked but restricted PCVs.

Could it be oil catch can connection is reversed in which case pressure would build up?

yes it could be.. but removing it from the system, I still have the issue on a lesser level

I will buy a pair of PCVs and see if that helps

Check and see if you are getting vacuum on the side (connected to intake plenum) of "F" shaped rubber fitting over PCV valves.

will do, but at WOT there would be no vacuum and that is when I see the oil issue

I had a similar problem after header installation. The stick was popping up in the tube on acceleration. Changed the angle dangle of the tube slightly and it has stayed in the hole with no more problems. This post turned out to be a little more risque than I had planned.

I noticed the dipstick was no longer going in without a bind. I think the bottom of the tube got bent a little so I just kept working on it until the stick went in smoothly. No real science here.
