Default LT5 Power Steering Pump

Is the LT5 Power Steering pump identical to all other GM saginaw type 2 pumps? Any dimensional changes? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know but the NAPA store in Naperville had one 6 years ago when I needed it.
I suspect the part is common with other GM but the NAPA guy couldn't reverse the usage.
Does anybody have access to a Hollander's ?

I can't answer that. But, I bought a new one from NAPA this summer for (I wanna say) $75 ±.

BTW, it turns out the noise I was trying to fix was the water pump instead. But, in my defense, initially it was difficult to place the source of the sound - even when using a stethoscope. So, I got fooled into thinking it was the PS pump. However, I didn't have long to wait. In just about 2-3 hours more run time and the water pump was tired of playing cat n mouse; making it quite clear that it was through and had enough.

Changing the PS pump was much more hassle than the water pump, BTW. I share all this cuz unless you know the PS pump is bad, I'd hate to see ya make my mistake too.
