Default ALL NEW ZR1 HEADERS AND CATBACKS

HELLO GENTLEMEN

I AM NEW TO THE FORUM SO PLEASE FORGIVE ANY ETIQUETTE VIOLATIONS!!

My name is Jim Watson. I am the Technical SaleSman for Stainless Works.

We have made corvette systems for about 15 years.

We make 304L stainless steel, mandrel bent, lifetime warrantied systems.

At the request of a forum member here we are designing a new series of exhausts.

Basically over the next four to five weeks we are creating an ala cart system for zr1 owners.

We are making both an "on road" and "off road" system with a true x-pipe for both zr1 owners with the desire to keep their factory manifolds or purchase our headers.

We are also creating headers that will mate up to your factory exhausts or our exhaust system. These will also be available in a catted "on road" system and an "off road" system.

This is just a short intro to the project but I will elaborate over the coming weeks and be happy to field all your questions.

Thank you for your time and interest.

Jim

Jim,

Looking forward to pictures and dyno numbers!!!!

Having complete systems available makes things easy.... Headers / High Flow Cats / Exhaust (plug & play that anyone can install WITHOUT a welder)

Everyone who has your Headers LOVE them and can stand by the performance claims....

Cheers!

David

THE BEST PART ABOUT THE SYSTEMS IS THAT THEY WILL ALL BE A BOLT ON ACCESSORY.

FITMENT WILL BE PERFECT AND NO TRIMMING OR TWEAKING WILL BE REQUIRED.

NO WELDING NOR MODDING WILL BE REQUIRED.

THEY WILL BE DESIGNED TO MAKE THE BEST HP POSSIBLE !!

ANY INPUT OR QUESTIONS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.

I cannot wait until I have the $$ saved for headers

what size piping for the exhaust some believe 21/2 to 23/4 work best others 3 in , just wondering if you will be testing the different sizes to find the best power for the car ? i know its expensive but you would get a ton of respect if you explored the different sizes . just some thought i had . i do think its very nice of your company to take the interest in our cars that you have

Will there be an exhaust system specific for your current headers? (I have a pair I bought a few months ago on the CF group buy). If so, what will be the options for cats?

Default Oh, boy...decisions decisions...

WooHoo! Thank you, Jim (and SW) for this effort and making this opportunity available! It is sooooo appreciated, believe me!

I'm "in" for this group purchase on the headers. Eventually, I intend to have your headers feeding a 3" exhaust system. Here and now, "cats" are not required, but later, who knows where I might live? So, this "a la carte" approach means lots of options down the road...Sweet deal!

One question: I can buy a "no cats" system and later put cats on (if later required to, i.e, some other state), yes???

Looking forward to the results in a few weeks!!

P.

Great news Jim and thank you for the heads up. It's great to know companies like yours are still supporting these great cars. Looking forward to seeing what comes from your project.
