All 92-95 ZR-1's had the single rectangular (LT-1) style Semi flat black tip from the factory on each side.
The mufflers themselves on those years ZR-1's were somewhat more restrictive than the LT-1 spec mufflers which disappointingly, had a notably "healthier tone" than the ZR-1 stock muffler.

Well then, obviously the GM parts Catalog is a 100% wrong, Can anybody confirm if the square (LT1) mufflers are welded on??

The older I get the faster I was.

One piece, all welded from resonator to tips.

I can vouch for the 93-95s being single welded on rectangular outlets. First, a picture of my 1993 stock exhaust hanging on my garage wall, removed to install a Corsa. Car was bought from the original owner in 1994. Second, a picture of a stock 1994 stock exhaust on the floor sent to me by its owner; I was contemplating buying it. Third, a picture of my 1995 with its stock exhaust. Car was bought from the second owner and was entirely stock when I got it. I first replaced the stock exhaust with a Corsa, then reinstalled the stock system and added electric cutouts in front of the rear mufflers. The fourth picture is of the reinstalled stock exhaust with cutouts slightly visible. --Bob

Not even close. 90/91 quad muffler tips were exclusive to ZR-1,92/95 all Corvettes had same tips.

You're absolutely correct and I am NOT. Zero Ill intent. The GM parts catalogue is also incorrect.Screenshot_20231230_103738_Photos.jpg

Does anyone have the correct part numbers for the '92 ZR-1 mufflers with the rectangular tips? How about the part number for the resonator in '92? Warp Ten, any chance you could check the exhaust system you have hanging on your wall for reference?
