Probably because they cost 115k yet, in 1990 money, 60k was enough to buy a subdivision house and a corvette coup

My college roomie, lives on Long Island, his house, had been upgraded, it's nice, but small. You could set it inside ours. Yet his is worth a Million bucks. In Missouri, a million dollar home. Is a Mansion.
