Any members in Palm Springs area or San Diego? - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

I am looking at a 1990 ZR 1 with less than 30k miles and would appreciate a little advice, beside the obvious secondary check, on what to look for in evaluating the car. Also is there a ZR savvy mechanic in the palm Springs area that can give the car a good look over before I pay for the car

I'm in San Diego. Those of us in the area haven't found any ZR savvy mechanics so we take it on ourselves.

Hi Tony,

Are you still in the San Diego area? I am in Orange County and in need of a ZR-1 mechanic. I can handle a few things and am happy to put in the wrench time, but overall I would love to have someone who can assist me whether it is local owners or a good mechanic.
