Default Front crankshaft seal

Hello,
I have a problem with an oil leak on the front of my 1991. I have oil leaking and I thought it was the front seal. I took the belt off, sprayed everything down to clean the oil and started the engine for 1 minute with the belt off. I don't see oil dripping between the torsional damper pulley and the engine like I was expecting. I do have oil leaking from the bolt holding the pulley, and it is coating the inside of the pulley. Is the crankshaft drilled all the way through to the bolt? Is there a seal for the bolt? don't have any oil from the oil switches or oil cooler hoses, it is all on the inside surface of the pulley.

Thanks for your help.
Bill

Thanks Pete, that is what I will do. I just hope I can get the bolt out!
