whats the best place to buy pads and rotors for a 1995 corvette zr-1?

IMO - If you're looking to keep a stock set up, I'd recommend Rock Auto for Acdelco rotors and pads. I'd pay the extra couple of bucks for ceramic pads as well. Pretty good prices overall and quick delivery.

I don?t know if it is the best place, but I could recommend Rock Auto with a wide selection to choose from, good prices and service.

Yes, they are the 13" HD option which I think became the standard in later years of the C4 production run

I went with a slightly more agressive option. PowerStop Z26 Kit. Very happy with it.

Rock auto. And the power stop street performance pads are great. Get the Doug Rippie brake bias spring too. The stock system stops well with street tires.
