One problem out of 100 batteries, one battery went bad and leaked acid, filled the house, I thought it was natural gas line. I consider it a fluke and continue to use them. (Threw that one away with the battery)

I own at least 6 battery tenders for my cars, boat, and my Dixie Chopper.
I have been using the Die Hard Model 71219 6/12 volt, 2 amp charger exclusively for many years. They are always in use during extended storage periods. I have never had one of these chargers fail, nor ever had a battery problem due to over or under charging. All of my batteries seem to last through their warranty periods and beyond.
