Default Jaguar hacks up a V8 to make a V6

I though I have seen a lot of things in the automotive world.

But to see a major automobile manufacture take a V8 block, cap off two cylinders, stick in a V6 crankshaft and cook up a V6 is beyond sad.

OEMs do it all the time. Ford and GM have done it in the past with their small blocks.
