I had a buddy help me a while back who is a former pro-motor cycle racer. He used hair-spray. I never heard of such a thing put it worked!
Simple, get the plenum in place and ready to bolt down without the gasket. Then when its all lined up lift the plenum slightly and slide the gaskets in one side at a time. I start two bolts on the first side to keep it lined up and do the other side.

Ccmano thanks for the pic. The gasket you are using is a Jerry's? Works fine with a ported plenum and injector housing I take it?

Yes, Jerry’s Gaskets, my plenum and IH’s are ported. His gaskets are set up for it.

I always get the 1/32" ........ Jerry's Plenum Gasket 1/32
I always get two sets just in case

You can see the TB Coolant Port in the gaskets and if you reverse the gaskets front to back you will essentially eliminate TB Coolant. You will still have the hassle of having to remove coolant with each Plenum removal unless you actually place a pipe plug in the Injector housing TB port.

See this link for TB Coolant Blocking drilling and threading details Injector Housing TB Coolant Blocking

Some tips on Coolant Air Lock in the TB Coolant Blocking link also

Ccmano (Hans) has his TB Coolant Blocked also and for him you can insert the gasket front to back or back to front as you like exactly like he suggested with no sealers of any kind on the gasket (especially if you have TB Coolant Blocked).

Great thanks for the info. I wonder if Marc blocked it. It has the TB bypass already. Will find out when I replace the gaskets.
