Which time? First head gasket, rebuilt it from 2 engines we failed that week, then #7 piston.

Certainly too bad the race couldn't be completed. Would've been interesting to see how the car (driver) would place itself amongst the competition.

I remember that car. That was one of Rippie's deals. Besides Graham, Van Dorn was in on it too.

Can you imagine?? Rippie, Behan and Van Dorn, all that female eye candy and lots of good French wine??? Had to have been some crazy s**t going on. Uh, well...only when they were not rebuilding engines.

It apparently has the rare “active suspension hood”, that doesn’t block vision but has a bump for extra clearance for the LT5.
I would love to find one of those.
